Warner Bros. Pictures is an American film production studio and division of the Warner Bros. Pictures Group, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment, which is owned by AT&T's WarnerMedia. The company focuses on producing live-action and animated feature films within Warner Bros. Pictures Group unit. Founded April 4, 1923 by brothers Harry Warner, Albert Warner, Sam Warner and Jack L. Warner[1] it handles filmmaking operations, theatrical distribution, marketing and promotion for films produced and released under the label as well as various third-party producers. It is currently headquartered in Burbank, California, the same place as it's parent company.

For Mattel Films, Warner Bros. Pictures is set to distribute a live-action film adaptation of Barbie[2] and Hot Wheels.[3] Warner Bros. Pictures was originally going to distribute the live-action film adaptation of Masters of the Universe,[4] but it was moved over to Sony and eventually Netflix.
